Discussion and possible action to approve resolution 19-014 to accept the public improvements including roadway, water, sewer and storm drain infrastructure for the Silverland Estates PH 2, Nightingale Court.

STAFF REPORTS

Discussion and possible action to approve, as outlined in the interlocal agreement between the City of Fernley and Lyon County dated April 3, 2019, to authorize Lyon County to apply for and obtain the necessary permits for construction of the Fernley Senior Center and Lyon County Human Services offices on the parcel identified in the attached legal description and authorize the Mayor to execute any necessary documents.
