Two new Lyon County COVID-19 recoveries reported Tuesday

Two recoveries and no new positive cases of COVID-19 in Lyon County were confirmed Tuesday by the Quad-County Emergency Operations Center.

Lyon County’s total number of confirmed cases remains at 35, with 15 recoveries and 20 cases still active.

There were four new confirmed cases and a total of five recoveries in the Quad-County region. Three of the new cases were in Carson City and one in Douglas County, bringing the region’s total to 108, with a total of 63 recoveries and one death.

The number of active cases is now 44 in the four counties, with five hospitalized.
