Three new cases of COVID-19 in Lyon County were reported Monday by the Quad-County Emergency Operations Center.
The new cases announced Monday were a woman in her 40s with a connection to a previously reported case, a woman in her 20s with no connection to a previously reported case and a man in his 20s with no connection to a previously reported case.
There have now been 115 total cases in Lyon County, and out of those there have been 86 recoveries and two deaths.
As of 6 p.m. June 28, 52 cases have been in the 89408 zip code, according to Carson City Health and Human Services and the Quad-County EOC. The breakdown of cases by zip code within the Quad-County region is available at https://gethealthycarsoncity.org/covid-19-cases-by-zip-code/.
There have now been 333 total cases, 230 recoveries and seven deaths in the Quad-County region. Nine Quad-County residents are currently hospitalized due to COVID-19.
