One new case of COVID-19 and four recoveries in Lyon County were reported Tuesday by the Quad County Emergency Operations Center.
There have been 457 total cases in Lyon County, 32 of them currently active, with 417 recoveries and eight deaths.

As of its most recent update at 6 p.m. Oct. 6, 193 total cases have been reported and 15 cases are active in the 89408 zip code, according to Carson City Health and Human Services and the Quad-County EOC. There have now been 1,374 total cases, 1,257 recoveries and 17 deaths in the Quad-County region.
