No new Lyon County COVID-19 cases, one recovery reported Thursday

One recovery and no new cases in Lyon County were reported in the Quad-County Emergency Operations Center COVID-19 update Thursday.

The recovery was the 24th, out of 46 cases in Lyon County.

There were, however, six new cases in the Quad-County region Thursday, five of them in Carson City, as well as Storey County’s first positive case.

The region has now had 134 confirmed cases, with 87 recoveries and two deaths. There are three Quad-County residents hospitalized due to COVID-19.
