The American Heart and Stroke Association invited Stand Tall Students from Lyon County Schools to join them on Heart Day at the State Capital for their legislation day.
The students spoke to Assemblymen and Senators on AB 85, Mandatory Hands on CPR training for all high school students in the state of Nevada, E-Cigarette Regulation and Heart and Stroke Disease funding.
Stand Tall students asked the legislators they spoke to, to sign gold pledge forms for their kick butts day traveling wall. The list below is the students who went to the Legislature:
