Former City Councilman Ray Lacy dies

Ray Lacy, a former member of the Fernley City Council representing Ward 1, died Friday morning, multiple sources confirmed.

Lacy was the owner of The Office Shipping and Mailboxes. He was elected to the council in 2018.
