North Lyon Fire, along with law enforcement and neighboring fire districts will be performing training at Silverland Middle School Wednesday.
There will be numerous fire engines, ambulances and law enforcement vehicles around the school grounds. No students except those who are assisting with the training will be at school, due to the winter break.
Personnel will be at the school from around 9 a.m. and may be there until about 2 p.m.
“This training will allow all participating agencies and personnel to better themselves and be able to provide better responses to multiple types of emergencies that may occur, not just at the schools but also other public establishments as well,” Fire Chief Jason Nicholl said.
