Fernley marijuana dispensary hosting grand opening Wednesday

Fernley’s first marijuana dispensary will be hosting a grand opening and ribbon cutting Wednesday.

The State of Nevada Department of Taxation today approved both medical and recreational marijuana licenses for Silver State Relief for their Fernley location.  A grand opening and ribbon cutting will take place at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16 at 1301 Financial Way. 

Among the elected officials in attendance will be former State Senator and current Clark County Commissioner Tick Segerblom and Fernley Mayor Roy Edgington joining representatives from Silver State Relief and the Fernley Chamber of Commerce.
