ARGONN hosting adoption and education event Oct. 16

The Animal Rescue Group of Northern Nevada will be hosting an adoption and education event from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. October 16 at Big R in Fernley.

The event coincides with National Feral Cat Day.

Cats and kittens will be available for adoption, along with education on how to build outdoor cat shelters.

Cinderella will be on hand, as well as youth cheerleaders and there will be coloring pages for kids.
