STEM Council considering community event

The Fernley STEM Council (Science, Techonolgy, Engineering and Math) is considering hosting a STEM focused community event in the fall of 2017.

The council will be holding a special meeting to discuss this event on Monday, Sept. 19, at 4 p.m. in the Parent Resource Center at Cottonwood Elementary School. This event will be to further STEM activities from ages 11 – Adult.

This meeting is open to all members of the community that would like to learn more about this new event. If you cannot attend but would like to learn more, email fernleystem@gmail.com to be added to the mailing list for this event.
