The Carson City Health and Human Services Quad County Emergency Operations Center reported the death of the 14th Lyon County resident with COVID-19 and five recoveries in Lyon County Thursday.
No information was provided about the person who died.
Quad County EOC reported six new cases and four recoveries Monday, and three cases and two recoveries Tuesday. No information was provided on the new positive cases.
There have been 638 total cases in Lyon County, 45 of them currently active, with 579 recoveries and 14 deaths.
As of its most recent update at 6 p.m. Nov. 2, 243 total cases have been reported and 13 cases are active in the 89408 zip code, according to Carson City Health and Human Services and the Quad-County EOC. There have now been 1,937 total cases, 1,751 recoveries and 24 deaths in the Quad-County region.
