District Court arraignment for Driver postponed due to weather

The arraignment in the murder case against Troy Driver scheduled for Monday in Third Judicial District Court in Yerington was postponed due to weather.

The hearing was rescheduled for next Monday, March 6.

Driver had previously waived his preliminary hearing in Canal Township Justice Court, which automatically sent the case to District Court.
