A new year and a new semester mean fantastic opportunities for students at Western Nevada College.
With spring semester starting Monday, Jan. 24, make sure you don’t miss out on the opportunity to continue your educational goals, prepare for a career that interests you, pivot and change your career, or resume an education that has been interrupted.
Take classes when and how you want them this spring. Besides a variety of in-person classes and an increased number of online courses, WNC provides students with the option of taking short-term, late-start and self-paced courses.
All students may register for in-person or online classes regardless of vaccination status.
Friday, Jan. 28 is the last day to register for full-term classes through myWNC. Following this date, individuals may still add classes, but they must submit a late registration form with instructor approval to Admissions and Records.
To view the list of spring semester classes, go to wnc.edu/class-schedule/. If you need assistance preparing for spring semester, arrange an appointment with Counseling Services at 775-445-3267 or counseling@wnc.edu.
Students new to WNC can apply for admission and take care of other pre-registration requirements at www.wnc.edu/starthere/. For more information, phone 775-445-3277.
