The Carson City Health and Human Services Quad County Emergency Operations Center reported the deaths of two Lyon County residents due to COVID-19 on Tuesday and one on Wednesday.
The deaths reported Tuesday were a man in his 60s and a man in his 90s, while the death reported Wednesday was a man in his 50s.
Quad County EOC also reported five new cases and 11 recoveries Tuesday, and 29 cases and 18 recoveries Wednesday.
There have been 2,141 total cases in Lyon County, 979 of them currently active, with 1,119 recoveries and 43 deaths.
As of 6 p.m. Dec. 30, 899 total cases had been reported and 433 cases were active in the 89408 zip code, according to Carson City Health and Human Services and the Quad-County EOC. There have now been 9,090 total cases, 4,449 recoveries and 114 deaths in the Quad-County region.
