Twelve Lyon County COVID-19 cases, five recoveries reported Thursday

The Carson City Health and Human Services Quad County Emergency Operations Center reported twelve new cases of COVID-19 and five recoveries in Lyon County Thursday.

No information was provided about the new cases.

There have been 704 total cases in Lyon County, 60 of them currently active, with 630 recoveries and 14 deaths.

As of its most recent update at 6 p.m. Nov. 12, 273 total cases have been reported and 22 cases are active in the 89408 zip code, according to Carson City Health and Human Services and the Quad-County EOC. The breakdown of cases by zip code within the Quad-County region is available at https://gethealthycarsoncity.org/covid-19-cases-by-zip-code/.

There have now been 2,219 total cases, 1,892 recoveries and 27 deaths in the Quad-County region.
