Republican candidates hosting Meet and Greet Friday

Several Lyon County Republican candidates are scheduled to appear in a Meet and Greet at 6 p.m. Friday evening at the Dayton Community Center, 164 Pike St.

Monica Jaye, candidate for Nevada State Senate District 16, will be the guest speaker.

The following people have been invited to come or send a representative: Brad Pope for Lyon County sheriff; Steve Rye for Lyon County district attorney; Dave Hockaday for Lyon County commissioner; Scott Keller for Lyon County commissioner; Tom Hendrix for Lyon County school board; Anita Talbot for Lyon County recorder; Staci Lindberg for Lyon County clerk/treasurer and Central Lyon County Fire District, explaining Central Lyon County Question 1.
