The Carson City Health and Human Services Quad County Emergency Operations Center reported one death of a Lyon County resident with COVID-19 on Monday, as well 136 new cases of COVID-19 and 40 recoveries since its last update on Nov. 27
No information was provided about the new cases or the person who died.
There have been 1,301 total cases in Lyon County, 533 of them currently active, with 751 recoveries and 17 deaths.
As of 6 p.m. Nov. 30, 574 total cases had been reported and 268 cases were active in the 89408 zip code, according to Carson City Health and Human Services and the Quad-County EOC. There have now been 4,893 total cases, 2,446 recoveries and 34 deaths in the Quad-County region.
