One new Lyon County COVID-19 case reported Monday

One new positive case of COVID-19 in Lyon County was confirmed Monday by the Quad-County Emergency Operations Center.

The newest case is a man in his 80s, and is Lyon County’s 35th confirmed case, and the 104th in the Quad-County region. In addition, there was one new recovery reported Monday in Carson City, bringing the region’s total to 58 recoveries.

The number of active cases remains at 45 in the four counties, with five hospitalized.
