Neighborhood meeting to discuss Red Hawk project to be held Nov. 16

A neighborhood meeting open to the public will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. Nov. 16.  at the Fernley Community Center (10 N. Center St.) to discuss the future development of Red Hawk Ranch Phase 1 located at 525 West Main St. in Fernley, formerly known as part of the Jackson Ranch.

A tentative map for Red Hawk Ranch Phase 1 was submitted to the City of Fernley on Sept. 14 proposing a 287-lot housing development on about 87.8 acres. A presentation will be made by the applicant beginning at 5:30 p.m. and will highlight the proposed improvements. Following het presentation, the applicant’s representatives will be available for questions.
