Lyon County sees two new COVID-19 cases Monday, 15 Tuesday

Two new cases of COVID-19 Monday and 15 Tuesday were reported by the Quad County Emergency Operations Center, along with one recovery Monday and two Tuesday.

There have been 392 total cases in Lyon County, 45 of them currently active, with 341 recoveries and six deaths.

  • A man in his 20’s with a connection to a previously reported case.
  • A man in his 40’s with a connection to a previously reported case.
  • A man in his 60’s with a connection to a previously reported case.
  • A man in his 20’s with a connection to a previously reported case.
  • A man in his 50’s with a connection to a previously reported case.
  • A man in his 30’s with a connection to a previously reported case.
  • A man in his 30’s with a connection to a previously reported case.
  • A man in his 30’s with a connection to a previously reported case.
  • A man in his 60’s with a connection to a previously reported case.
  • A man in his 20’s with a connection to a previously reported case.
  • A man in his 20’s with a connection to a previously reported case.

  • A man in his 80’s with no connection to a previously reported case.

As of its most recent update at 6 p.m. Sept. 15, 165 total cases have been reported and 12 cases are active in the 89408 zip code, according to Carson City Health and Human Services and the Quad-County EOC. There have now been 1,185 total cases, 1,056 recoveries and 15 deaths in the Quad-County region.
