Discussion and Possible Action to adopt Resolution #17-018, a resolution of the City of Fernley to fix, impose, and collect service charges for various services primarily benefiting individuals or groups rather than the public at large, specifically fees for building permits and development services.

Consideration and possible action on a Tentative Subdivision Map (Cook Ranch Estates Phase 3) request associated with TSM 2017-001, to allow for a 76-lot single family residential subdivision on a site that is ± 22.62 acres in size. The property is master planned Residential High Density in the NR-3 (Single Family, 9000 Square Feet Minimum Parcel Size) zoning district, generally located south of Cottonwood Lane, north of Crimson Road, west of Jill Marie Lane, Fernley, NV. Discussion and Possible Action to adopt Bill #260 an ordinance amending Fernley Municipal Code Title 10 Business License Regulations, by adding Chapter 5 Licensing of Marijuana Establishments and to allow medical marijuana dispensaries to sell or dispense marijuana and marijuana-infused products at retail; license marijuana cultivation and production facilities to cultivate and produce marijuana and marijuana-infused products; license independent testing laboratories to test marijuana and marijuana-infused products; and license distributors to transport and marijuana-infused products.
