Saying she is lucky to have coached them for the past two years, Silverland Middle School 8th grade volleyball coach Kiara Stone said her team has improved physically and mentally.
Stone thanked her team for their two years together and said she has not had a team that had gotten along so well.
“Each one brought something different to the team,” Stone said. “They were always supportive of one another even when competing during practice. I want to thank these girls for always putting a smile on my face and making practice so enjoyable. This group of girls has a lot of talent and I am excited for the future of Fernley volleyball.”
