13 new COVID-19 cases, 15 recoveries reported in Lyon County Monday

The Carson City Health and Human Services Quad County Emergency Operations Center reported 13 new cases of COVID-19 and 15 recoveries Monday, and a total of 85 cases and 32 recoveries since its most recent update last Thursday

There have been 2,248 total cases in Lyon County, 1,043 of them currently active, with 1,161 recoveries and 44 deaths.

As of 6 p.m. Jan. 4, 946 total cases had been reported and 458 cases were active in the 89408 zip code, according to Carson City Health and Human Services and the Quad-County EOC. The breakdown of cases by zip code within the Quad-County region is available at https://gethealthycarsoncity.org/covid-19-cases-by-zip-code/.

There have now been 9,529 total cases, 4,844 recoveries and 122 deaths in the Quad-County region.
